Balam Slab Font is a versatile and striking font that boasts a unique  stylizations .On a moment of World Design Day in 2017, second-semester design and visual communication students from the Mesoamerican University of San Agustin created a unique font inspired by urban design with a nod to Yucatecan culture. Under the guidance of Raul Plancarte, the font was developed over four 3-hour sessions, resulting in a one-of-a-kind typeface. Balam Font is a modern  and versatile slab serif font that combines elegance with readability.
